Open-Source-Lizenzen

Stand: Juli 2026 · Fremdkomponenten in UpNrun (Test-Release).

UpNrun selbst ist proprietaere Software. Fuer Teile der Benutzeroberflaeche setzen wir quelloffene Fremdbibliotheken ein. Diese werden lokal mit der Anwendung ausgeliefert (kein Nachladen von Drittservern) und stehen unter den unten genannten Lizenzen. Wir danken den jeweiligen Projekten und geben ihre Urheber- und Lizenzhinweise wie gefordert weiter.

Die UI-Bibliotheken (Bootstrap Icons, Cytoscape.js, Jspreadsheet CE, jSuites, uPlot) sowie pako stehen unter der MIT-Lizenz (die noVNC-Kernbibliothek steht unter der MPL-2.0, siehe Abschnitt 3). Die massgeblichen Urheberhinweise sind jeweils oben genannt; der Genehmigungs- und Haftungsausschluss-Text lautet einheitlich:

3. noVNC-Konsole — Mozilla Public License 2.0

Die Browser-Konsole fuer Proxmox-VMs nutzt die quelloffene Kernbibliothek noVNC, die unter der Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL-2.0) steht — Copyright © The noVNC Authors. Die MPL-2.0 erlaubt die Einbettung in proprietaere Software; nur geaenderte MPL-Dateien muessten offengelegt werden. Wir liefern die noVNC-Kernbibliothek unveraendert mit; die Konsolen-Oberflaeche selbst ist eigener Code von UpNrun. Der vollstaendige Lizenztext liegt lokal bei und ist im Projekt verfuegbar: github.com/novnc/noVNC. Die mitgelieferte Komprimierungsbibliothek pako steht unter der MIT- und zlib-Lizenz.
